Upgrade to an eligible Brokerage Dashboard software subscription by October 1, 2026 at 11:59 p.m. Central and receive 30% off that eligible software subscription for life, for as long as the subscription remains active and in good standing. The discount applies only to eligible software subscription amounts. It does not apply to Agent Presence, services, setup or implementation, website builds, custom development, extra storage, extra AI credits, managed services, taxes, or pass-through, platform, or vendor fees. It is not transferable or stackable. A request does not reserve the rate. Private purchase and Checkout links are provided only after a personal conversation and are not linked publicly.
The goal is fewer tools — not one more confusing bill.

Packaging Direction
Pay for the help you actually need.
Some brokerages only need the software. Others need the software, a website build, IDX setup, training, and workflow help. Those should not be forced into the same bucket, so they are not.

Personal Follow-Up
For agents, small teams, and brokerages that want to review the real day-one workflow before choosing a paid path.
Today, Nelson, Follow Up, People, and Marketing drafts
5 GB workspace storage for listing photos, campaign assets, and review proofs
Account status, first-day setup, and a tracked support path
Hands-on approval and provisioning by 5ox Creative
You should know the ballpark before anything becomes a bill.
Pricing is scoped in writing instead of pushed through public checkout. The written scope names the software plan, user count, included storage, support path, website or IDX handoff work if any, setup help, and anything excluded.
Software subscription
Based on workspace needs, users, storage, Nelson usage, and the support level discussed with 5ox.
Setup help
Initial setup is guided. Larger imports, custom workflows, training, and data cleanup are scoped before they start.
Website and IDX handoff
Website builds, IDX coordination, and lead-source connections are separate 5ox Creative service scope unless a written package includes them.
What Affects Pricing
The software and the website build are different decisions.
You might subscribe to the dashboard, hire 5ox to build your site, or do both. Bigger custom work gets quoted carefully, not shoved into a one-size-fits-all plan.
Brokerage size
Agents, offices, managers, and daily users shape the subscription and support level that fits.
Website scope
A clean launch site is a different project than a full rebuild with agent pages, community pages, and content migration.
Integrations
IDX, lead sources, email marketing, and custom reporting may add setup scope, always discussed before anything is billed.
Nelson usage
Normal assistant use is included. Heavy automation, bulk generation, live research, media, or unusually high usage may require a higher plan or written custom terms.
Media storage
Listing photos, campaign assets, and review proofs are included by plan. Heavy video libraries, long-term archives, or unusually high media use get scoped before anything changes.
Launch Boundary
No surprise promises hiding in the fine print.
Brokerage Dashboard works alongside your proven IDX provider for MLS search and compliance-sensitive feeds. It does not replace your MLS, IDX, transaction management, accounting, contracts, or e-signature tools, and we will never quietly imply that it does. Nelson and ordinary campaign media storage are included for normal use under fair-use and plan limits; if deeper integrations, heavier AI usage, or heavier media storage make sense, they get scoped in writing before anything is billed.
Buyer Questions
Enough clarity to know whether the conversation is worth it.
The exact scope depends on the office, but the boundaries should be clear before anyone asks for a meeting.
How is pricing scoped?
Early plans are scoped around the workspace, users, storage, support level, Nelson usage, website needs, and integrations. If the fit is wrong, we will say so before setup.
What does this replace?
It can reduce scattered lead follow-up, internal notes, task lists, files, and marketing drafts. It does not replace MLS, IDX, transaction management, accounting, contracts, or e-signature tools.
What does Nelson see?
Nelson works from the workspace data and approved context available inside the product. He drafts and recommends; a human approves the move.
Can I invite agents safely?
Yes, the guided setup checks roles and visibility before a team rollout. The first workspace can stay small until the broker is comfortable.
How does IDX fit?
Keep your proven IDX provider for MLS search and feed compliance. Brokerage Dashboard helps organize the lead workflow after the inquiry arrives.
How does support work?
Guided launch customers use tracked support intake. We ask for safe context, prepare draft responses internally, and keep private data out of public threads.
Next Step
Not sure which package fits? That is the right question.
Send a quick note with your brokerage size, your current website situation, and your IDX provider if you know it. We will tell you plainly whether you need the plugin, a website launch, or both, even if the honest answer is "not yet."
