The Friday Pipeline Reset

You do not need to solve your whole pipeline on Friday. You need to stop leaving its most important next steps trapped in your head.

Brokerage Dashboard reports overview

A stale task is usually not a motivation problem. It is an invisible decision: a lead needs a new next step, a client needs an update, or a conversation needs to be closed out honestly. A weekly reset gives those decisions a place to land.

Set a 30-minute timer.

Start with the work that has no next step or a due date that has already passed. Do not start writing a perfect plan. Decide what happens next, when it happens, or whether the item is no longer active.

Use this reset list:
  • What needs a reply before Monday?
  • What needs a new date because the old one is no longer real?
  • What can be closed, delegated, or parked honestly?
  • Which three actions would make next week feel calmer?

Give every open lead a plain next move.

"Follow up sometime" is not a next move. "Send the listings we discussed Tuesday afternoon" is. A clean next move protects your attention and makes a broker or teammate more able to help when you get stuck.

End with three Monday starters.

Pick three real actions for the first part of Monday. You are not predicting the whole week. You are making sure you do not reopen the week by trying to remember what mattered.

Brokerage Dashboard's Today view is meant to support that sort of review. The value is not that the screen is prettier. The value is that the work is visible before it becomes a problem.

Do the reset once. Then notice how Monday feels when you have already made the first few decisions.
